08/02/07 Version 4.2: integrating more efficiently, optimization, new opportunities

Please note: IMPORTANT DIFFERENCES  in the new version:

1. Working with Templates has been moved to cover administrative modules: Site Manager - Templates - Modules (formerly edited via FTP). The ability to edit on the old system still read the details in the documentation for the integration of design for the new version.
2. All except access to the database, the configuration file transferred to the control panel;
3. Added debugging mode patterns, details in the documentation.

Distributions to install a new version of the system for party hosts and package updates for the system will be published next week.
