Customizing the system settings is performed through the “System Settings” module. To access this module, go to the administrator panel using the link http://your_site/_admin/.
On the start page choose the “System Settings” module which is located in the “Service” section.
Selecting the module to customize can be done in the top part of the window by choosing the section, then the module itself and clicking “Apply.”
The functions of the action icons are described in the Legend at the end of the list.
The settings are presented along with their current values in the list. To change their values, click on the setting line or on the edit icon in the same line. Change all necessary settings one after another then click “Apply” at the end of the list. To restore a setting value changed by accident, click on the corresponding “Undo changes” icon. To restore the values to default settings, choose the value for editing and click on the “Set default value” icon.
Some of the most important system settings are listed in the following table.
Note: The system won’t let you change some of the settings because their options are not provided with your system kit. For example, the setting “Multilanguage support” can’t be changed in the packet “Visitor card”, etc.

Note: The characteristic feature of changing the settings of the “Core” section is that the changed settings will be visible only after clicking “Apply” twice.

This setting includes the Multilanguage support that influences the navigation on the public part of the site. We do not recommend changing this setting after starting your work with the site, because it can cause the static links inside the site to malfunction, along with the external links to the site (for example, from the search systems). |

It will be used by default in the emails sent by the system, etc. It is usually the same as the system site address, but can be defined separately. |

| Automatic language recognition of the client browser |
It works only for Russian. In the enabled mode, it defines the language for the client browser and if it is Russian, the user will be automatically redirected to the Russian part of the site. In all other cases the “default” data language defined by the setting with the same name will be used. |
| HTML protection |
It enables the mechanism for protection against the robots for the site items selected from the list. We recommend enabling the email protection. |
