Amiro.CMS is one of the most reliable, functional and productive Content Management Systems available. For it to perform at optimal levels there are several required configurations for the web host and the client.
Amiro.CMS hosting requirements:
- PHP 4.3.3 or greater. PHP 5 is recommended (but greater than 5.2.1)
- PHP libraries: Zend Optimizer, ZLib, CURL, GDLib (optional, recommended graphic library is MagikWand)
- Safe Mode should be turned Off
- MySQL 4.1 or greater (MySQL 5.0 is recommended)
Administrator's panel requirements:
- Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater (except 6.0.28 version)
Site Visitor's requirements:
- No special requirements, just common web-surfing browser software
Amiro.Site-Builder requirements:
To setup an Amiro.Site-Builder you will need a dedicated server or VDS with root access.
Hardware requirements:
- Mininal: Celeron 2600Mhz, 1Gb RAM, 100Gb disk space
- Recommended: Dual Xenon 2800Mhz, 4Gb RAM, 3x250 SATA drives
Software requirements:
- Linux, FreeBSD, Windows Server - runnung Apache 1.3 and above, or IIS 5, 6
- Installed software must meet the Amiro.CMS hosting requirements listed above
