Amiro.CMS is one of the most reliable, functional and productive Content Management Systems available, but it does not place special demands on configuration of the web hosting and the client.
HARDWARE CONFIGURATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE SERVER
- Pentium 3 1000GHz and higher
- RAM 256MB and higher
- HDD 20GB and higher
Note: the hardware configuration requirements can increase for greater database volume and server traffic, or by non-optimal technical solutions.
SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE SERVER
- Operating system: Linux, FreeBSD (Amiro.CMS can also work on other Unix-like systems, but was not tested on them), Windows NT,2000,2003,XP,Vista
- Web server: Apache (1.3 and higher) or IIS 5, 6
- PHP version from 4.3.3 to (not including) 5.0.0 or 5.2.1 and higher. PHP versions 5.0.x – 5.1.x are not supported
- Zend Optimizer 2.5 or higher
- MySQL 4.0 or higher
PHP must include support for mysql, curl, zlib and image processing: gdlib or imagemagick (recommended). PHP must have “safe mode” turned off, set_time_limit() function enabled and memory limit set to 32 Mb or more.
Note: it is highly recommended that PHP work with permissions of the system user that owns FTP account or Backup and Update modules will not be fully functional.

- Pentium Celeron 600MHz or higher
- RAM 128MB or higher

There are no unique requirements – just the common set-up for Internet use.
